- Make informed recommendations on what to build, consolidate, or discontinue based on incomplete information.
- Drive Product Vision & Strategy:
- Conceptualize AI accelerators and products from scratch, defining core capabilities, technical architecture, differentiation, and evolution roadmaps.
- Develop product strategies that balance immediate client needs with long-term platform value.
- Create compelling narratives to explain the uniqueness of our solutions and their success potential.
- Define MVP scope and multi-phase roadmaps based on dependencies, risks, and business value.

- Navigate organizational dynamics to overcome resistance to consolidation and standardization.
- Synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders to create the most value.
- Work with technical teams to integrate new capabilities into existing product architecture and client delivery processes.
- Own Go-to-Market & Validation:
- Design validation approaches, including pilots, prototypes, and client feedback sessions.
- Develop pricing strategies and business models for productized offerings and services-led engagements.
- Define target client profiles and industry segments for maximum impact.
- Create sales enablement materials and internal positioning to facilitate the adoption of new capabilities.
- Execute with Rigor:
- Identify critical unknowns and make explicit assumptions that could impact recommendations.
- Prioritize ruthlessly based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic fit.
- Track product performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or similar roles with a proven track record of launching products or platforms.
- 12+ years of experience in building AI/ML products, data platforms, or enterprise solutions, preferably in both product companies and services organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify patterns across diverse problems and develop coherent product strategies.
- Proficiency in thinking in systems and platforms, understanding how capabilities compound and create network effects.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, making reasoned assumptions, and adjusting based on new information.
