Director AI SEO Expert

As an experienced Director AI SEO Expert, you will be responsible for leading the SEO strategy of the company with a strong focus on AI-driven optimization. Your role will involve combining traditional SEO fundamentals with modern AI tools to drive sustainable organic growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead the overall AI-powered SEO strategy across all digital platforms. - Integrate AI/ML tools to automate keyword research, content planning, clustering, and SERP optimization. - Identify AI-based opportunities to scale SEO through predictive analytics and automated insights. - Conduct advanced technical SEO audits, site speed improvements, schema implementation, and crawl optimization. - Work closely with engineering teams to ensure search-friendly architecture, log-file analysis, and site health optimization. - Oversee large-scale indexation, core web vitals, and mobile optimization. - Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Frase, Clearscope, etc., for content planning, generation, and optimization. - Ensure content aligns with E-A-T and Google search quality guidelines. - Lead and mentor the entire SEO team and collaborate with Product, Dev, Analytics, and Marketing leadership teams. - Stay updated with trends in Search Generative Experience (SGE), voice search, entity-based SEO, and semantic search. - Experiment with automation, custom AI models, and new search technologies to drive organic growth KPIs. Required Skills & Experience: - 10+ years in SEO with at least 35 years in leadership roles. - Strong expertise in using AI-powered SEO tools, automation, and machine learning workflows. - Deep understanding of Google algorithms, semantic SEO, SGE, and LLM-based search behavior. - Proven track record of driving organic growth for large websites or global brands. - Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, Advanced keyword strategy, Site architecture & schema, Analytics (GA4, GSC, Looker, BigQuery), AI-assisted content optimization. - Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
