Job Description
As a Solution Principal at HighRadius, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers on existing solutions and accelerate deals through the sales pipeline to closure. You will work closely with the Account Executive (AE) in every interaction with prospects or customers, following the "Two-in-a-Box" model. Your role will involve various stages such as initial prospecting, understanding business needs, demonstrating product value, aligning with stakeholders, contract preparation, renewal, churn risk management, escalation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the AE to progress deals through the pipeline.
- Engage with prospects/customers daily.
- Gather requirements and qualify customers through systematic business analysis.
- Deliver product demonstrations to Finance departments of Fortune 1,000 companies.
- Create detailed Cost Benefit ROI/Business Case models.
- Devise strategies to outperform competitors and successfully close deals.
- Proactively manage customers to minimize churn.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software and/or cloud computing is advantageous.
- Preferably 3-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in consultative sales with North American or European customers is a plus.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable is beneficial.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with CXO level employees of Fortune 1,000 companies.
