Digital Media Designer

As a Graphic Designer/Visual Designer at Think Design, you will be responsible for developing compelling designs across various marketing touchpoints using your creativity and attention to detail. With at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to create both offline and digital assets, you will ensure strong brand consistency and visual impact. Key Responsibilities: - Create polished UI layouts, icons, menus, HUD elements, and interactive components. - Design illustrations including backgrounds, mascots, characters, props, stickers, and collectible elements. - Develop graphic assets for themes, events, and seasonal campaigns. - Produce clean, export-ready art such as vector graphics, layered files, and organized design components. - Prepare assets for animation by designing states, poses, breakdowns, and transition frames. - Support game and UI animations through reference mocks, motion boards, and handoff specifications. - Maintain structured design systems, component libraries, and consistent visual styles. - Ensure responsive design and layout accuracy across various screen sizes and devices. - Conduct design QA to validate visual consistency, spacing, behavior, and accessibility compliance. - Collaborate with developers, product teams, and fellow designers to refine assets and incorporate feedback efficiently. Skills & Requirements: - Strong illustration skills for characters, environments, mascots, and stylized art. - Expertise in visual design, color, typography, composition, and asset optimization. - Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic/illustration tools. - Ability to create scalable components, variants, and organized art files. - Understanding of animation-friendly design, motion basics, and asset preparation workflows. - Detail-oriented approach with the ability to document behaviors, states, and design logic clearly. Good to Have: - Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing. - Understanding of marketing and branding principles. - Experience working with agencies, retail brands, or large-scale campaigns. - Knowledge of Figma or other digital design tools is a plus.
