You are a skilled Digital Marketer with a strong technical background, capable of managing websites, marketing automation, and analytics to support data-driven marketing operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and manage websites in line with digital marketing objectives
- Implement and oversee multi-channel / omni-channel marketing strategies
- Handle website performance, troubleshooting, and downtime concerns
- Provide Dev + Ops support for digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and enhance user journeys
- Manage and execute marketing automation workflows
- Ensure smooth integration across various tools and platforms
**Technical Skills Required:**
- Proficient in website development and web design
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Familiarity with Zoho suite or other Marketing Automation tools like Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and Marketo
- Understanding of multi-channel / omni-channel marketing ecosystems
**Required Experience:**
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing technology or related fields
- Proven track record of managing teams and leading technical resources
- Experience in application support environments
- Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in managing website uptime, incidents, and performance challenges
- Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments
You will be the ideal candidate if you can bridge the gap between technology and marketing, are proactive, hands-on, and comfortable owning end-to-end digital systems, and are flexible and adaptable to business requirements.
