Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist with 34 years of experience in both SEO and Paid Advertising (PPC), your role will involve driving organic search growth, implementing AI-driven SEO strategies, and managing performance marketing campaigns on various platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing content, executing SEO strategies, and managing paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping - Execute on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO strategies - Optimize content for AEO, AIO, and GEO - Conduct SEO audits, backlink strategies, and content optimization - Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush - Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social platforms - Monitor KPIs like CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROI - Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget optimization - Generate campaign performance reports and insights **Requirements:** - 34 years of experience in SEO and Paid Advertising - Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO - Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Paid Media strategies - Familiarity with AEO, AIO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization - Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution models - Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog - Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working with international markets (UK, US, AU) - Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) - Experience in content marketing and landing page optimization If you join us, you will have the opportunity to work with global clients in the UK, US, and AU markets, gain exposure to AI-driven SEO and performance marketing strategies, work in a 5-day collaborative team environment, and access continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
