Digital Marketing, Meta Ads & Website Manager

You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the online presence for Vedana Wellness, a digital marketing company specializing in promoting Ayurvedic health products across India. Your role will involve running paid advertising campaigns, managing social media platforms, and handling basic website development and technical tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms. - Research and build targeted audiences for advertising campaigns. - Optimize ads to improve conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS). - Manage and grow the company's social media presence. - Create and manage Shopify or WordPress websites when needed, including uploading products, managing landing pages, and optimizing website performance. - Assist with content creation, such as basic photo editing, video editing, creating marketing creatives, and designing simple promotional materials. - Create documents, reports, and PDF files for internal and external use. - Monitor campaign performance, provide basic data analysis and reports. - Assist with basic financial calculations and performance tracking if required. - Support the company in improving digital systems and marketing strategies. Required Skills: - Experience in digital marketing and paid advertising. - Proficiency in Facebook / Instagram Ads Manager, Google Ads, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. - Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and Shopify or WordPress website management. - Skills in basic photo and video editing, creating marketing creatives and PDF documents. - Understanding of technical tools and online systems. - Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
