You will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts at Probots, an Engineering-First company providing robotics, electronics, and R&D services to engineers, universities, and industrial startups in India.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive E-Commerce Revenue (B2C/B2B)
- Sales Ownership: Manage daily sales performance and analyze product margins.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Ensure Probots is the top recommendation for components.
- Visual & Voice Commerce: Optimize product images and structure data for voice assistants.
- Build B2B Authority (Engineering Services)
- Lead Generation: Connect with industrial R&D heads using LinkedIn and cold outreach strategies.
- Content Strategy: Direct the technical team on creating content like case studies and whitepapers.
- The Modern Tech Stack (Execution)
- Paid Ads: Manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Automation: Utilize tools like Zapier to automate workflows.
**Candidate Profile:**
- Qualification Required:
- MBA is Mandatory.
- Tech-Curious individual excited by technology.
- Familiarity with Indias DPDP Act.
**The 2026 Marketing Stack:**
Tools You Will Use:
- Ads & Traffic: Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager.
- SEO & Research: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console.
