Job Description

As a seasoned and strategic Digital Marketing Expert at Nemetschek Group in India, your primary responsibility will be to lead and scale the entire digital portfolio. You will need to focus on high-level digital strategy and actively participate in executing complex performance marketing initiatives. Your role will play a crucial part in driving sustainable business growth through scalable demand generation engines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the overall digital strategy by integrating paid search, display, social media, email, webinars, and content marketing to create a cohesive brand presence. - Direct comprehensive performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube to maximize qualified lead generation and ROI. - Monitor and optimize campaign performance by focusing on critical metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and multi-touch attribution. - Develop and implement strategies for generating qualified leads through digital channels; optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels. - Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools for predictive analytics, content personalization, and campaign efficiency. - Design lead nurturing workflows using Marketo and Salesforce to manage the entire conversion funnel. - Manage marketing budgets strategically to achieve aggressive business impact targets. - Oversee the development of high-impact content that positions Nemetschek as an industry leader in the AEC/O sector. - Lead relationships with external agencies and technology partners to ensure maximum value delivery and alignment with global standards. - Create marketing dashboards and reports, presenting insights and strategic recommendations to leadership regularly. - Support go-to-market launches for new products and features with integrated marketing campaigns. **Required Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or engineering; an MBA in Marketing or advanced certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot) are highly preferred. - **Experience:** 1015 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS or enterprise software, preferably within the AEC/O or construction technology sectors. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced marketing attribution modeling is required. Strong project management abilities and collaboration skills are essential. Experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Marketo is necessary. Demonstrated ability to manage significant marketing budgets and show measurable ROI and business impact is crucial. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau is expected. - **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager is required. Experience with Google Analytics, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), landing page builders (Marketo, Lead pages, etc), and marketing CMS platforms is essential. Working with marketing dashboards and reporting tools should be a part of your skill set.
