Job Description
You will be a part of the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Support team as an LMS Ads Consultant. Your main responsibility will be to assist advertisers in maximizing their campaign performance and achieving business growth on the digital platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide support to advertisers through email, chat, and phone.
- Answer queries related to LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot campaign performance issues.
- Suggest optimization strategies to improve campaign ROI.
- Provide basic technical support and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 teams.
- Understand advertiser goals and recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
- Support new product launches and feature adoption initiatives.
- Maintain strong knowledge of online advertising trends.
**Qualifications Required:**
- B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Advertising Operations, Digital Marketing, or Account Management.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in PPC / Search / Content Marketing.
- Exposure to online advertising platforms.
- Strong communication & consultative selling skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data & identify growth opportunities.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in CRM-based customer support operations.
- Strong time management & organizational skills.
You need to be flexible to work in the US shift and potentially in rotational shifts.
