Digital Interaction Designer

As a highly skilled UX/UI & Motion Designer, your role will involve crafting seamless digital experiences, designing visually engaging interfaces, and bringing interactions to life through motion and micro-animations. You will be working on a contract basis with the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design experiences that move by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma that feel intuitive and alive. - Add life through motion by building micro-animations, transitions, and motion graphics that elevate storytelling and usability. - Craft consistency by building and maintaining a scalable design system ensuring a unified look, feel, and rhythm across products. - Collaborate & co-create with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas from concept to launch. - Iterate with purpose by refining designs based on user insights, analytics, and evolving business goals. - Own your craft by working independently in a remote-first setup, managing time, details, and deadlines with creative confidence. - Champion design quality by working closely with the Head of Design to ensure everything shipped looks sharp and feels right. **Qualifications Required:** - 35 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong sense of motion and interaction design. - Mastery in Figma including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems. - Proficiency in After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, or Lottie for designing fluid motion and delightful micro-interactions. - A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, from user flows to polished animated interfaces. - A keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and pacing as motion is design in time. - Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed teams. - Independence, accountability, and a creative spark that thrives without micromanagement. **Additional Company Details:** - Type: Contract (Remote) - Location: Open to designers in India & abroad/global - Duration: 36 months (extendable) - Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and expertise - Reporting To: Head of Design Ready to create experiences that move people literally Send your resume and portfolio link showcasing your best motion and UI work to the provided contact information.
