**Role Overview:**
As the Digital Direct Account Manager at Quadra, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territory through telephone, web meetings, and email interactions. Your main focus will be to build direct relationships with customers on solution opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented, and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and thrives in a diverse team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Should have a minimum of one year of experience in Sales.
- Should have suitable knowledge of Account Management, Microsoft Security & O365 Products.
- Must understand the entire Sales Cycle.
- Should be a quick learner.
- Initiate contact with prospects, generate leads, and build relationships with customers.
- Conduct cold calls to profile & knack new customers to generate qualified leads.
- Execute Email/Marketing Campaigns on a periodic basis to customers for lead generation.
**Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of work experience in similar positions/freshers can apply for entry-level positions.
- 0-2 years of work experience in a technology sales field, ideally with exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure), Software services.
- Relevant sales or technical certifications will be given preference.
- Consistent achievement of sales quotas and ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to Understand Technology.
- Uses telephone & other IT tools to remotely interface with customers to present Quadra value to key decision-makers.
- Works independently, proactively to avoid and resolve issues.
- Should have a 2-year commitment to work in Quadra.
