Role Overview:
You will be working as a Social Media Manager in a full-time remote position. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing brand presence on various social media platforms, optimizing social media campaigns for better reach and impact, and running ads. Additionally, you will be analyzing metrics, increasing audience engagement, ensuring messaging consistency across teams, and staying updated on social media trends relevant to the company's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies
- Create and curate engaging content
- Manage brand presence across multiple social media platforms
- Optimize social media campaigns for reach and impact, including running ads
- Analyze metrics to measure performance and improve strategies
- Increase audience engagement
- Collaborate with teams to maintain consistency in messaging
- Stay informed about social media trends relevant to the company's mission
Qualifications:
- Possess Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating compelling and tailored messaging
- Proficiency in Content Strategy development for diverse platforms (especially Meta)
- Experience with social media analytics to measure performance and improve strategies
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
- Familiarity or experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a plus Role Overview:
