Job Description
As a Digital Asset Manager at Aria Holdings, your main responsibility is to centrally manage, govern, organize, and optimize all digital assets across the company's brands and business units. Your role involves ensuring brand consistency, asset accessibility, version control, and efficient lifecycle management of creative and marketing assets across various platforms and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, digital, and IT teams to maximize asset utilization and support marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's Digital Asset Management system, ensuring proper organization, taxonomy, metadata tagging, and version control of all digital assets.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, usage rights, licensing, and compliance standards across all digital assets.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital assets from creation and approval to distribution, archival, and retirement.
- Collaborate with creative, digital marketing, brand, IT, and external agencies to ensure seamless asset creation and deployment.
- Develop and continuously improve workflows, SOPs, and best practices for asset creation, storage, retrieval, and usage.
- Monitor asset usage, performance, and adoption to identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.
- Train internal teams on DAM tools, asset guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent usage across the organization.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital asset management, marketing operations, or content management roles.
- Hands-on experience with DAM platforms and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of branding, creative workflows, and digital media formats.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in multi-brand or multi-business environments preferred.
