Job Description

As a Performance Marketer at StockGro, your role will involve managing end-to-end funnels, leading marketing efforts, and optimizing ROI across multiple channels. You will work closely with the founding team to build and scale the marketing engine. Here's what is expected from you: Key Responsibilities: - Define and segment personas, set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate networks, etc. - Manage and optimize spend across acquisition channels focusing on ROI, scale, and reducing cost per acquisition while maintaining user quality. - Collaborate with product, design, and social teams to build and A/B test landing pages for improved conversions. - Continuously monitor campaigns, refine bids, targeting, creatives, and placements based on data insights. Qualifications Required: - At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing. - Prior experience designing full-funnel marketing campaigns for Brokerages, AMCs, Wealth-tech startups is a plus. - Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, and analytics platforms. - Strong analytical skills with experience in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). - Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience targeting. - Highly analytical, data-obsessed, and business-focused individual who can speak in numbers and act on insights.
