DevOps JAVA Lead

As a Java Tech Lead with over 8 years of experience, your role will involve leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications for banking systems. You will guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and agile methodologies. Working closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementations and cloud deployments will be essential. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining coding standards, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance protocols, particularly relevant to banking systems. - Interacting with clients and providing technical insights for project planning and delivery. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in: - Core Java, J2EE, and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security). - ORM frameworks like Hibernate and JPA. - Strong SQL and database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar. - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools. - Exposure to Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong advantage. - Prior experience in banking digital transformation projects is preferred. - Awareness of regulatory and security practices in the BFSI sector.
