Desktop Support Engineer- Kerala

JD:

•  Candidate should have basic computer hardware troubleshoot and Peripherals ( printers and scanners ) knowledge.
•  Candidate should know the installation of windows operating system, Windows & antivirus patch updating, printer, other drivers & applications installation.
•  Candidate should take care of L1 support for the network troubleshooting
•  Candidate should know the local language to interact with customer.
•  Having 2-wheeler Preferred to attend branch calls in the field .
•  Local candidate in the location is advantage. 
•  Resource may need to visit 3-4 branches in a day for attending calls based on allocation (Bank IT- Coordinator will be do call assign) and has to collect customer signed CCFR report.
•  Activity to be logged and updated in the tool.
•  Any special activity assigned by Bank or Wipro needs to be completed.

Scope of Work:

•  OS reinstallations in case corrupted.
•                     AV setup installations and patch updates.
•  First level skill support for Peripherals.
•  L1 Support for Router/Switch and LAN connectivity checkouts.
•  Coordination With 3rd party Vendors for resolutions.
•  Configuration of new hardware and spare, on request of the Bank based on configuration shared by the Bank.
•  No Break fix support.
•  Installation & De-installation of PCs & Branch Peripherals for shifting of equipment.
•  Formatting/Degaussing the systems for the items for disposal.
•  Installation of new software if any.
•  Network configuration and domain joining activity in case of issues.
•  Local Language Malayalam is Mandatory.
