Job Description
As a Design Engineer at Schneider Electric, your role involves studying project specifications and documents to develop Bills of Material and Electrical Schematics for Automatic Transfer Switches. Your responsibilities will include:
- Having basic knowledge of Control System, Instrumentation, and Electrical System.
- Possessing basic knowledge of Communications networks.
- Demonstrating knowledge of power distribution design.
- Being familiar with Switchgear MCCB, MCB, Relays, and Generators.
- Having functional knowledge of Unit Control Panels, PLC, Local Operator Panel, Anti-surge and performance control system, Protection system, JBs, etc.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS-Visio is a must, with AutoCAD Electrical preferred.
Qualifications required for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
- Approximately 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the Control Panel industry is mandatory.
