Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** - Engineer audio systems and integrated technology platforms to enhance the driving experience. - Assume end-to-end ownership of product delivery and product line execution for Ready Connect product families. - Shape hardware and software product roadmaps in collaboration with Product Management. - Lead pre-sales/RFQ pursuits, support new customer acquisition, and institutionalize engineering practices for operational and innovation excellence. - Integrate hardware and software requirements, manage platform strategy, and SKU discipline. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own delivery for TCU Product across product families; Co-own HW & SW roadmaps with Product Management. - Institutionalize SAFe, CI/CD, automated validation, and core asset governance. - Engage key customers to identify engineering requirements and resolve deployment challenges. - Lead new customer acquisition and technical leadership for RFIs/RFQs/CRs. - Direct & lead engineering teams for hardware & software components, promoting professional growth. - Establish strong cybersecurity practices including DevSecOps and vulnerability management. - Design and operate a Pre-Compliance Lab for TCU product covering EMI/EMC, environmental & reliability. - Plan for SDV workflows and pilot AI-assisted testing to improve coverage. - Establish partnerships with key stakeholders and manage project risks effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. - 812 years of experience in product development and delivery management. - In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and SAFe Agile practices. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Familiarity with product development lifecycles and technical background in network technology. - Experience with Jira & Confluence and software process standards. - Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus. - Fluent in verbal and spoken English.
