Job Description
As a Manager II, IT Delivery at EY, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of technical support staff in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and monitoring software and tools. Your role will involve collaborating with business leaders to define scope and requirements, planning and executing the development of various systems, and acting as a liaison with business sponsors and principals. You will be responsible for integrating cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure and successful project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Hiring, evaluating, and supervising crew, providing guidance and training as necessary, setting performance standards, and making informed compensation decisions
- Delivering software releases related to the product for the business units, determining scope with business clients, and developing environmental requirements
- Developing and implementing staffing and operational plans, participating in the development of department goals, and monitoring service delivery metrics
- Leading quality initiatives, presenting status and metrics at meetings, and ensuring compliance with information technology and security policies
- Participating in special projects, leading cross-functional teams, identifying potential risks, and developing comprehensive project plans
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD Pipelines, TDD/BDD practices, and user level understanding of Splunk and Honeycomb
- Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and IT governance, as well as an understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and IT compliance standards
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong expertise in IT project management, Agile methodologies, and SDLC best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
