As a Data Scientist in the Employer Jobs-Growth team, your role will involve supporting client product initiatives by utilizing your expertise in querying data, analyzing data to make recommendations, and interpreting results from various experiments such as A/B tests. Key Responsibilities:
- Write documents and presentations for stakeholders based on your analysis
- Focus on experimentation, particularly on analyzing A/B test results and niche science expertise
- Utilize IQL, applied statistics, A/B testing, query languages, visualization techniques, and business acumen
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, as well as code versioning software like Git
- Experience with Athena sequel-based NLP with embedding or transformer models
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning (including large language models and/or computer vision)
- Knowledge of data pipeline engineering and model deployment
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Data Scientist, Product Scientist, Decision Scientist, or Research Scientist
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with CST hours
- Proficiency in SQL for querying data and making informed recommendations
