Data Science + ML Engineering

As a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning Engineering at Talent Worx, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop machine learning solutions that address business needs. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and validating machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and techniques. You will conduct feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning to improve model performance. Additionally, you will deploy machine learning models into production and ensure their scalability, reliability, and performance. Monitoring model performance in production, iterating on model improvements, and generating reports and visualizations to communicate findings and insights from data analysis will also be part of your responsibilities.
