As a Data Migration Expert at Kenko, you will play a crucial role in the company's mission to support fitness and wellness businesses. Your main responsibility will involve managing the complete data migration process for new customers. You will work at the intersection of data, systems, and customer success, ensuring that customers transition smoothly with accurate and validated data. This role requires a high level of analytical skills, structured thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on automation to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the end-to-end data migration lifecycle for new customers. - Analyze and map raw datasets from legacy systems to Kenko's platform with precision. - Conduct data cleaning, normalization, and validation checks to minimize errors and rework. - Identify and resolve inconsistencies, edge cases, and structural data issues independently. - Proactively address data discrepancies and potential risks before customer go-live. - Improve migration workflows by identifying repeatable patterns and reducing manual steps. - Assist in developing scalable migration templates, documentation, and running basic Python scripts for migration workflows. Qualifications Required: - 24 years of experience in SaaS implementation, data operations, analytics, or related fields. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with advanced formula usage, lookups, data validation, and cleaning. - Ability to work with structured datasets like CSV, tabular exports, and transactional data. - Strong logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. - Capability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of Python. - Experience in a fast-paced startup environment. - Exposure to SaaS onboarding or implementation workflows.
