Data Architect

Role Overview: As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for defining the data requirements and structure for the application. Your main focus will be on modeling and designing the application data structure, storage, and integration. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Agentic AI solutions, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services (LLMs & SLMs). - Lead the design and architecture of multi-agent systems and seamlessly integrate them into enterprise ecosystems. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver cutting-edge GenAI/Agentic solutions with measurable business impact. - Define and implement Responsible AI practices across solution lifecycles, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. - Mentor and guide teams on best practices in agentic AI system design, orchestration, and deployment. - Drive key architectural and technical decisions across multiple projects and teams. - Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training on Microsoft's Agentic AI stack. - Continuously evaluate solution performance and recommend optimizations for scalability, accuracy, and compliance. Qualifications Required: - Deep expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. - Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) fine-tuning, deployment, and integration into enterprise systems. - Proven experience in designing and implementing agentic AI architectures. - Hands-on experience in Python and Visual Studio Code. - Strong understanding of Responsible AI frameworks and governance policies. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in AI. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
