Data and Analytics Solution Architect

You will be working at the crossroads of data platforms, integrations, analytics, and AI, playing a pivotal role in helping customers reimagine decision-making processes and operational workflows through GenAI, intelligent agents, ML-driven insights, and advanced analytics on unified data foundations. Key Responsibilities: - Combine deep expertise in data warehouse/lakehouse architectures, data engineering, and analytics to envision and articulate AI-enabled solutions for customer business challenges. - Operate at the intersection of data platforms, integrations, analytics, and AI to assist customers in reimagining decision-making processes and operational workflows through GenAI, intelligent agents, ML-driven insights, and advanced analytics on unified data foundations. - Engage with customers in a presales and solution-oriented capacity, demonstrating strong storytelling skills and the ability to design conceptual architectures that integrate AI/ML with enterprise data platforms, applications, and operational systems. Core Competencies & Skills: - Excellent communication and executive engagement skills for presales and storytelling purposes, simplifying data lakehouse and AI concepts for CxOs. - Strong background in database, integrations, and analytics, particularly with Oracle Database and Data Integration platforms, Oracle Analytics Cloud. - Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and Python for AI enablement. - Hands-on capability with Oracle Data Integrator, Python, Oracle Analytics/Fusion Data Intelligence for creating impactful demos. - Ability to design hybrid/multi-cloud architectures with scalability, security, and compliance in mind for enterprise architecture. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively across sales, consulting, and product engineering teams in highly distributed environments. Qualifications & Experience: - 12+ years of IT/solution architecture experience with a minimum of 6 years in Data integration, warehousing, and analytics. - 3-5 years of presales/solutioning exposure, including practical experience in demos, POCs, or customer workshops. - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Data Integration, Oracle Analytics/Fusion Data Intelligence, and multi-cloud ecosystems. - Knowledge or experience with products like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business leaders. - Experience in contributing to community initiatives, publishing whitepapers, or speaking at tech events. - Additional familiarity with Oracle's broader Data, Analytics ecosystem and enterprise integration patterns with competitive information is considered a plus.
