Data Analytics Team Leader

As a Data Governance Lead at Cummins, your role involves facilitating data, compliance, and environment governance processes for the assigned domain. You will lead analytics projects to generate insights for the business, utilizing reports, business intelligence technology, or other suitable mechanisms. Your responsibilities include integrating data analysis findings into governance solutions, ingesting key data into the data lake with relevant metadata and data profiles, coaching team members and stakeholders to access necessary data, and contributing to communities of practice advocating for responsible analytics use. Additionally, you will develop the capability of peers and team members within the Analytics Ecosystem, mentor less experienced colleagues, integrate data from various systems to build models for business use, and ensure data accuracy through cleansing.
