Data Analytics Manager SAP Hana Cloud DSP And SAC - Product Control

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled SAP Analytics Cloud Expert with a minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and enterprise planning solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your role demands deep expertise in cloud-based analytics platforms, data modeling, and advanced visualization techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and lead the implementation of SAP's cloud-based analytics ecosystem, including SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud. This involves combining technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to deliver enterprise-scale analytics solutions that drive business value. - Coordinate with business analysts and internal customers to develop functional and technical specification documents. - Understand business needs and pain points to design solutions that address those needs effectively. - Collaborate with business teams for Analytical reporting, ensuring clear and concise communication. - Ensure documentation, processes, and methodologies align with the organization's standards. - Analyze current and future state requirements, provide solution options, estimates, impact assessments, and technology recommendations. - Create detailed epics, stories, and sub-tasks for review by the business and implementation teams. - Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies. Qualification Required: - Bachelors/ Masters degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. - 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields. - 4+ years of people management experience leading technical teams. - Proficiency in SAP Hana Modelling, SAP Datasphere / SAC, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Application Architecture & Design, SAP FIORI / SAP UI5, BI reporting tools, and Datawarehouse design & implementation.
