Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Xenon7, you will have the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to analyze large datasets, build scalable queries and dashboards, and provide deep insights that guide strategic decisions. Your main responsibilities will include using Databricks for querying, transformation, and reporting across Delta Lake and other data sources. Additionally, you will be expected to act on data with confidence. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets, build scalable queries, and create insightful dashboards - Utilize Databricks for querying, transformation, and reporting across Delta Lake and other data sources - Provide deep insights that guide strategic decisions - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles - Strong experience with Databricks Notebooks, SQL, and Delta Lake - Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions) - Experience with data profiling, data validation, and root-cause analysis - Comfortable working with large-scale datasets and performance tuning - Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL workflows - Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Familiarity with Unity Catalog and data access governance (a plus) - Exposure to Python or PySpark for data wrangling (a plus) At Xenon7, you will be part of a growing network where client engagements, thought leadership, research collaborations, and mentorship paths are interconnected.
