Job Description
As a CyberSecurity Technical Delivery Manager, your role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise cybersecurity services in a financial services environment. You will be responsible for managing large teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing cybersecurity domains such as DLP, IAM/PAM, Email Security, Endpoint Security, WAF, Encryption, and Vulnerability Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of cybersecurity services using tools such as Forcepoint for DLP, Trend Micro and Mimecast for Email Security, Silverfort and SailPoint for IAM, Arcos and CyberArk for PAM, Cloudflare and Imperva for WAF, Trellix and Symantec for Encryption, and Tenable (Nessus) and Qualys for Vulnerability Management.
- Manage and mentor large teams consisting of 30-50 members.
- Define SLAs, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely execution of security initiatives.
- Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Develop dashboards and executive-level reports on security posture and risk exposure.
- Oversee vulnerability lifecycle management including scanning, validation, remediation, and governance.
- Map vulnerabilities to business risk and track remediation progress.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as RBI Master Directions, SEBI Cybersecurity Guidelines, and DPDP Act.
- Conduct gap assessments, maintain risk treatment plans, and support ISO 27001 audits.
- Manage security exceptions, compensating controls, and policy deviations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 12-15 years of experience in cybersecurity service delivery, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong expertise in vulnerability management, security program governance, and hands-on experience with Tenable/Nessus, Qualys, and GRC platforms.
- Familiarity with RBI & SEBI cybersecurity frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing large teams.
- Certifications preferred: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP/CISM/CRISC/CISA, PMP/ITIL.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in service delivery governance.
- Ability to quantify risks and prepare executive reports.
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience in audit, compliance, and regulatory alignment.
