As a Senior Manager I, Cyber Security Operations at EY, you will have the opportunity to lead teams in protecting Client's digital assets from internal and external threats. Your role will involve managing mitigation and monitoring via cloud-based controls, designing secure architecture frameworks, conducting infrastructure audits, implementing disaster recovery plans, and monitoring systems for anomalies to ensure cybersecurity readiness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew, providing guidance and training as necessary - Develop and deliver IT security standards and best practices, conduct formal incident investigations, and lead advanced incident handling scenarios - Design and implement cyber security and operations procedures, tasks, and reports - Serve as a security expert in application development, database design, network, and platform efforts - Oversee multiple teams addressing critical security risks to the business - Design and validate secure architecture frameworks for systems, networks, and cloud environments - Conduct regular infrastructure audits and vulnerability scans - Implement and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning with an emphasis on cybersecurity readiness - Continuously monitor system activity and access logs to detect anomalies or breaches and initiate timely remediation actions **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Lead localized cyber incident response operations for responding and triaging global security alerts - Act as the primary liaison with national and industry CERTs - Support global teams responsible for SIEM, data detection, automation, endpoint security controls, and more - Provide guidance and coaching to security teams towards best practices - Partner with internal SOC teams and Client businesses to remediate risks **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience - At least 3 years in a leadership role managing multiple security teams - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or related fields - Proficiency in enterprise cybersecurity architecture, cloud security, risk assessment methodologies, and various security tools - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments integrated with CI/CD pipelines At EY, you will be rewarded for your individual and team performance with a competitive remuneration package that includes support for flexible working and career development.
