Job Description:
You will be joining the Cybersecurity Assessment and Testing (CSAT) team as a Cybersecurity Full Stack Engineer. Your main responsibility will be to develop secure and scalable software solutions that focus on identifying, assessing, and remediating cybersecurity vulnerabilities across the technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain secure software solutions and REST APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
- Develop data pipelines and ETL workflows using Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Build and deploy microservices-based applications.
- Integrate third-party cybersecurity scanning tools into the solutions.
- Create CI/CD pipelines and assist in automated deployment using tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
- Deploy and manage services utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot production issues providing L2/L3 support.
- Write automated test scripts for unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity experts and engineering teams.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to secure development practices.
Required Skills:
- Solid experience in Python web development with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
- Experience in building data pipelines and ETL processes using Pandas, NumPy, Airflow, and Luigi.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
- Strong Linux administration skills and knowledge of network fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, and Subnetting.
- Proficiency in using Git and modern branching strategies.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong SQL programming skills with the ability to write complex queries.
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices such as SAST, DAST, Penetration Testing, and Fuzz Testing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and service mesh tools.
- Frontend development experience, particularly with React.
- Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with message queue systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
