As a Customer Support Executive Voice, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound voice processes. Your role will involve responding to customers' queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely interactions.

Respond to customers' queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Provide customer service through voice interactions
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications Required:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Graduate or undergraduate degree
In addition to the above qualifications, the company offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs 22,000 - 30,000 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule includes rotational shifts with six working days followed by one week off.
