Job Description
In this role at Forcepoint, you will be responsible for owning the post-sales customer lifecycle, from onboarding through adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion. As the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, you will build strong executive and technical relationships, positioning Forcepoint as a strategic security partner. Your role will also involve driving customer advocacy, satisfaction (CSAT), and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
- Build strong executive and technical relationships to position Forcepoint as a strategic security partner.
- Drive customer advocacy, satisfaction (CSAT), and retention.
As a successful candidate, you should meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Security Architecture, or Consulting roles.
- Proven background as a Security Architect or equivalent, with hands-on experience in DLP, CASB, DSPM, and data-centric security.
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic customers in cybersecurity or SaaS environments.
Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Security Architecture, or Consulting roles.
- Proven background as a Security Architect or equivalent, with hands-on experience in DLP, CASB, DSPM, and data-centric security.
