Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service & Retention Executives for a US Voice Process. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, performance-driven, and capable of handling customer interactions professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Handle Inbound & Outbound calls for the US market

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively

Implement customer retention strategies and prevent service cancellations

Perform upselling / cross-selling where applicable

Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
-
Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and quality service standards

Meet CSAT, retention rate, and call quality KPIs
Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 2- 5 years in BPO Voice Process

US Process experience preferred

Excellent English communication and customer handling skills

Ability to work in night shifts
