Curriculum Planner - Public Speaking

Role Overview: As a Curriculum Planner for Public Speaking at K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd., your main role is to develop and plan educational materials for teaching public speaking skills to learners of various age groups and proficiency levels. You will be responsible for analyzing students' levels, addressing subject-related queries, and ensuring that students acquire the necessary knowledge and practical abilities to excel in public speaking. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance lesson plans based on students' abilities. - Create a diverse range of instructional materials like lesson plans, handouts, presentation slides, multimedia resources, and assessment tools to facilitate effective knowledge transfer. - Collaborate with other planners and public speaking teachers to incorporate feedback, share best practices, and align curriculum planning with the institution's educational objectives. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or Communication, with preference for TEFL/TESOL certification. - Profound understanding of public speaking techniques, presentation skills, and rhetorical principles. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in utilizing educational technology, multimedia tools, and presentation software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Highly organized with keen attention to detail. - Creative and innovative approach to designing educational content. - Passion for teaching and empowering individuals to become confident public speakers. - Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in training teachers or curriculum development.
