Role Overview: As a Technology Solution Leader Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in providing highly efficient and precise deal proposals to transition, manage, and transform businesses for both EY and its clients. Key Responsibilities: - Harvest requirements from clients and translate them into solutions that meet objectives and deal principles - Define deal scope and overall proposals in consultation with Global Managed Services solution architects - Provide guidance for solution and deal definition, architectural thought leadership, and technical proposal development - Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product owners, offering owners, delivery teams, and Global Delivery Services - Create end-to-end solution architectures and align them with clients' Enterprise Architecture and IT Roadmap - Apply TOGAF and SAFe principles to deal and solution architecture design - Integrate all architecture disciplines and understand the impact of emerging technologies on business and IT - Identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiencies through strong expertise in EY's technical and business architecture - Contribute to the development of the Architecture community and assist in onboarding new architects - Maintain relationships with relevant delivery teams and ensure implemented solutions follow approved designs throughout the application life cycle - Interact with stakeholders on architecture issues, strategic improvements, and coach detailed designers and business analysts - Ensure project solution architecture is documented using templates and conforms to standards - Help shape RFP responses and collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and product managers post-deal closure Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Certification in data architecture framework (TOGAF) or ERP sub-module (SAP Dynamics Oracle, etc) - 12 years of experience in technology business development and thought leadership Additional Details of the Company: EY's mission is to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, while building trust in the capital markets.
