Creative Presentation Designer

As a Creative Presentation Designer at Egon Zehnder, you will be a part of the journey to strengthen the brand and design delivery to the global organization. You will join the Creatives at the Global Visual Solutions Group in Gurgaon, India - a team with a strong focus on brand and design, emphasizing the power of storytelling through visual communication that engages clients, candidates, employees, and society. Your main responsibilities will include: - Owning the production of presentations for pitches, business development activities, internal meetings, seminars, and thought leadership series. - Developing creative solutions for various materials such as leave-behinds, brochures, event collateral, portfolios, and more. - Conceptualizing and illustrating complex ideas, visions, and strategies in a visually engaging manner. - Maintaining brand standards while creating effective and impactful internal and external presentations. - Collaborating with multi-disciplined teams to author content that aligns with project visions. - Analyzing and brainstorming content implementation to create engaging presentations. - Staying current on creative software skills and trends. Qualifications required for this role: - 2 to 5 years of design experience in a creative environment with expertise in both presentation and graphic design. - Mastery of MS PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign is essential, with a background in SharePoint and MS Teams preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other designers and executives. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. - Graphic design foundation and theory knowledge. This role will report to the Art Director at Creatives, Visual Solutions Team at KCI and requires a commitment to work from 3PM-12AM. The position is contractual for 12 months.
