Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) team, a part of Wholesale Credit Risk, responsible for measuring counterparty exposures, conducting risk investigations, assessing CSA terms, determining initial margin requirements, and leading regulatory and capital stress testing exercises. As an Analyst/Associate in the CCR EMEA Capital team, you will support risk management, ICAAP execution, and regulatory stress testing with a focus on legal entities in EMEA. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor exposures for JPM legal entities in EMEA and provide explanations for significant exposure changes - Support ICAAP processes, including capital stress testing, stress scenario design, and calculating capital add-ons - Assist in completing regulator-mandated counterparty risk stress testing exercises - Monitor portfolio exposures against established thresholds for JPM legal entities in EMEA - Contribute to thematic analysis in response to market events - Develop tools to automate workflows as needed - Participate in projects focused on counterparty credit exposure metrics and technical enhancements - Collaborate with various stakeholders to review and improve exposure methodologies and tools - Support regulatory and audit requirements as necessary Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or Economics - Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg - Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools like Tableau and Alteryx - Good understanding of derivatives, Futures and Options, Margin Lending, Securities Financing products - Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, adapt style to different audiences, and present viewpoints confidently - Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and risk mindset Additional Details about the Company: JPMorganChase is a leading financial institution offering innovative financial solutions to consumers, small businesses, and corporate clients under the J.P.
