Job Description
As an Event Manager, your role involves planning, organizing, and executing high-impact online and offline events, webinars, and conferences for corporates, institutions, and colleges. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conceptualizing, planning, and managing end-to-end corporate and academic events such as conferences, roundtables, workshops, and webinars.
- Building strong connections with CXOs, CHROs, L&D leaders, colleges, and institutions to drive event participation.
- Partnering with corporates, universities, and colleges to organize AI-themed engagements.
- Managing event budgets, logistics, vendors, and on-ground execution.
- Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, sales, academic, faculty) for seamless delivery.
- Driving event marketing campaigns (emailers, social media, digital promotions) to maximize reach and participation.
- Ensuring lead generation and business outcomes through events and webinars.
- Tracking KPIs, measuring ROI, and continuously improving event effectiveness.
- Staying updated on event tech platforms, AI industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience required for this role:
- 58 years of experience in managing corporate events, webinars, and conferences.
- Strong network and experience in engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
- Proven success in organizing online (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.) and offline events.
- Experience in working with corporates, institutions, and colleges.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality experiences.
