Job Description

As a Product Marketer for Email and Blog at Fotello, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the product and the customer's understanding. Your primary responsibility will be to deeply comprehend the product features, convey their value proposition clearly, and create compelling narratives that engage users and drive desired actions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build a strong understanding of the product by collaborating with founders, product teams, and customer success to translate features into tangible customer benefits. - Develop and execute lifecycle email campaigns encompassing onboarding, activation, feature adoption, win-back strategies, upgrades, and newsletters. - Craft engaging content for product launch emails, covering positioning, messaging, sequencing, and post-launch follow-ups. - Establish and manage a blog content strategy, including product deep dives, workflows, playbooks, comparisons, case studies, and industry education for real estate photographers. - Implement basic SEO tactics for blog content through keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization, and internal linking. - Segment audiences and personalize messaging to deliver the right content to the right users at the right time. - Collaborate with design and growth teams to transform content into high-converting assets like landing pages, in-app messages, and visual elements. - Monitor and enhance performance metrics across email and blog channels through continuous testing and iteration, focusing on open rates, CTR, activation, conversions, traffic, and signups. - Uphold best practices for email deliverability, compliance, and content quality standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong writing skills with the ability to articulate product value effectively through email and long-form blog content. - Prior experience in a SaaS company (B2B or B2C) is mandatory. - Familiarity with email and content tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, WordPress, GA4, Search Console, or similar platforms. - Proficient in product thinking, user journey mapping, and driving product adoption. - Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, measurement, learning, and iteration. - Startup DNA characterized by agility, resourcefulness, and end-to-end ownership.
