Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at our company, your role will involve analyzing customer expectations and developing social media posts accordingly. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to achieve targets. Working closely with the design team, you will create and execute content ideas, as well as ideate and flesh out content strategies for clients from start to finish. Effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior management, content developers, vendors, and collaborators, will be essential. Additionally, you will be accountable for regular posting, creating amplification plans, monitoring posts, analyzing data, and developing monthly reports. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer expectations and requirements to develop appropriate social media posts - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to meet objectives - Collaborate with the design team to create and execute content ideas - Ideate and implement content strategies for clients, providing end-to-end servicing - Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, content developers, vendors, and collaborators - Maintain regular posting schedule and create amplification plans - Monitor post performance, analyze data, and prepare monthly reports Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the media industry, preferably with an agency background - Experience in handling multiple brands within an agency - Intermediate proficiency in content writing, ideation, and Canva - Strong team and time management skills Join us as our Social Media Manager if you are a creative, detail-oriented, and extremely responsible individual with at least 3 years of experience in an agency.
