Job Description
As a Communication Designer at Manavi, you will be the visual and digital custodian of the brand, supporting the Medico-Legal & Hospital Consultancy teams with corporate design assets and creating digital-first creatives for the Digital Marketing Division. Operating at the intersection of design, content, and technology, you will ensure a consistent brand presence across various touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality social media creatives and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to establish thought leadership in the healthcare sector.
- Develop corporate identity assets such as PowerPoint presentations, business proposals, letterheads, and document templates.
- Create logos and branding materials for hospital clients as part of the expanding service offerings.
- Edit long-form educational videos for the YouTube channel on Medico-Legal topics, NABH guidelines, and expert talks.
- Produce short-form video content like Reels & Shorts for social media engagement.
- Design basic motion graphics including intros, outros, and text overlays.
- Maintain and update the website using WordPress.
- Design and build functional WordPress websites for hospital clients.
- Create landing pages for service launches, workshops, and campaigns.
- Develop client websites using AI-powered web design tools.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Boost high-performing social media posts strategically.
- Implement basic on-page SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, image optimization) to enhance organic visibility.
Who We're Looking For:
- Visual Storyteller who can translate complex legal or healthcare content into engaging visual formats.
- Tech-Savvy Designer comfortable with website backends, AI tools, and ad platforms.
- Highly Adaptable individual capable of transitioning between formal corporate design and fast-paced social media content seamlessly.
Required Tools & Skills:
Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro, PowerPoint / Keynote
Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut
Web: WordPress (Elementor, Divi, or similar builders)
Digital Marketing: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools (Yoast, Google Analytics)
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, video editing, and web design projects.
- Bonus: Prior experience with Healthcare, Legal, or Corporate Education brands.
