Role Overview:
You will be joining a fast-growing education and technology organization as a Communication Designer. Your role will involve bringing clarity, consistency, and visual strength to various brand and marketing communications, going beyond just social media design. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and internal stakeholders to create visual assets for campaigns, digital communication, presentations, website assets, emailers, and other brand-facing collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets across multiple platforms such as social media, email campaigns, website banners, digital ads, presentations, and more
- Translate brand guidelines into platform-specific design executions
- Collaborate closely with various teams to visually bring ideas to life
- Create communication layouts and assets balancing speed with quality
- Manage multiple design requirements simultaneously and deliver reliably under changing priorities
- Provide strong ownership and responsiveness to support day-to-day campaign and brand needs
- Contribute creative ideas and thinking beyond production output
Qualifications Required:
- 4+ years of experience in Communication design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong sense of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and visual communication
- Ability to work within an existing brand language and apply it consistently
- Comfort using AI tools for efficiency without compromising design quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle fast-moving workflows and changing priorities with maturity
- Proactive mindset with ownership of outcomes
