Role Overview:

As an Executive Communications (Content & Graphic Designing), you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects and media, utilizing different software programs to create innovative graphic designs that align with the business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing team, brainstorming with multiple teams or clients, and translating strategic direction into high-quality designs within the established brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a wide range of projects to develop graphic designs that meet business goals
  • Obtain input from managers to ensure designs align with organizational standards and brand expectations
  • Independently and cooperatively work with the marketing team to meet deadlines and stay within budget
  • Identify flaws in existing processes and create solutions to enhance design capabilities
  • Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
  • Collaborate and strategize with multiple teams or clients on various materials such as web pages, presentations, collateral, and marketing materials
  • Develop design concepts by hand or with software, ensuring the ideal usage of color, text, imagery, and layout
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials based on best practices
  • Utilize trend intelligence and market knowledge when designing and executing specific classifications

Qualifications Required:

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • Five or more years of experience with design software like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to continue building skill set through education and training
  • Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline preferred
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and content management systems
