Coding and Robotics HOD

You will play a crucial role as the Technical Head of Department at Edugenius Softwares LLP, a rapidly growing EdTech organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of curriculum, teacher training, and ensure quality implementation of robotics programs in partner schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design curriculum for robotics kits encompassing drones, AR/VR, 3D printing, electronics, and programming.
• Utilize your expertise in electronics, sensors, and microcontrollers for designing academic programs.
• Conduct quality checks and academic audits in schools to guarantee successful implementation.
• Train and mentor teachers on the developed curriculum and technology usage.
• Organize and oversee robotics exhibitions, competitions, and demonstrations in schools.
• Drive continuous innovation and enhancements in technical learning programs.
• Willingness to travel for school visits, training sessions, and events.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

• Background in Electronics, Robotics, or related technical field.
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or academic program delivery is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of programming languages and embedded systems.
