- Performance Optimization: Analyze marketing analytics (Google Analytics, KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and adjust tactics to enhance performance.
- Content & Campaign Management: Oversee the content strategy, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and increases customer engagement.
- Market Analysis: Monitor online trends and competitive landscapes to keep marketing efforts innovative and relevant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a digital marketer or senior manager with a track record of driving growth.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Leadership: Strong leadership and project management capabilities to build and lead teams.
- Analytics: Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Creative thinking for creating campaigns and content that resonate with the target audience.
