Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading the Elite Bankers in the region to achieve defined objectives, managing the Elite Banker channel, and driving mobile banking adoption and usage. Your role will involve engaging customers across various products such as Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Trade Forex, Wealth & Insurance Business, and Cross-Sell. Your aim will be to increase the value of CASA, deepen existing relationships, and acquire high-quality NTBs. Strong knowledge of banking and investment products and solutions is required. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for quality recruitment, sales planning, business delivery tracking, monitoring, and reviewing Elite Banker Performance. - Mentor individuals for effective tele-calling to achieve defined goals and ensure adherence to tele-calling guidelines as per regulatory industry norms. - Ensure the Elite Banker Team achieves goal sheet objectives and revenue targets for incentives. - Monitor the quality of engagement for the team and enhance engagement with HNI customers through client meetings and joint calls. - Support functions in peer group and quality NTB Acquisitions. - Drive Privilege program onboarding, cross-sell in the Elite Banker Portfolio, and enhance Product Per Client ratios in the managed book. - Ensure Digital adoption and completion of assigned Tasks, triggers, campaigns, and client outreach programs. - Provide quality service delivery to bank customers, ensure process adherence, and envision data-driven sales plans for the managed book. - Conduct regular reviews, daily engagement, and trainings for the team. - Address client requests and complaints efficiently within stipulated timelines. - Record all sales activity as per the organizational process and adhere to all bank policies. - Attract and retain best-in-class talent for Elite Bankers in the region and control attrition. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline. - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in team handling from the Banking sector only, particularly in virtual outbound channel.
