As a Senior Gainsight Administrator at Infor, your primary role will involve leading Gainsight configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical designs, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Configure, deploy, and administer the Gainsight platform to meet business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Translate requirements into system configurations following best practices. - Define key metrics, data sources, and appropriate data feed frequencies. - Partner with Customer Success leadership to design and develop new processes. - Manage process rollouts and create rules for customer data analysis. - Support users in understanding customer health indicators, risk factors, and trends. - Document and refine customer success workflows and processes. - Provide day-to-day support to Gainsight users, including troubleshooting and administration. - Handle ad-hoc customizations and adjustments to core functionalities. - Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity. - Stay updated on Gainsight features and related technologies for optimal utilization. - Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Gainsight Administrator. - Expertise in Gainsight configuration, custom objects, rules engine, and data models. - Strong knowledge of customer success principles and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce integration, data management, and reporting. - Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Gainsight certifications are required.
