Civil Engineer

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data such as maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other relevant information. - Carrying out technical and feasibility studies and drawing up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications. - Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs to ensure the successful completion of the projects. - Providing advice and creatively resolving any emerging problems or deficiencies that may arise during the project. - Overseeing and mentoring staff members while liaising with a variety of stakeholders involved in the project. - Handling over the resulting structures and services for public or private use upon completion. - Monitoring progress, compiling reports on project status, managing the budget, and purchasing necessary equipment and materials. - Ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety standards, and other legal requirements. - Delivering technical files and other technical documentation as required by the project.
