Job Description
As a Cyber Security Analyst at Credit Suisse, your role involves overseeing APAC Cyber Security Governance, identifying, validating, aggregating, reporting, and tracking IT & Cyber risks related to the region. You will also support Credit Suisse India leads in identifying, reporting, and managing IT & Cyber risks specific to India. Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying and understanding all regulated and non-regulated risks related to IT & Cyber
- Preparing Cyber & IT risk material for various risk management committees in the APAC region
- Collaborating with metric & control owners for risk reporting and working with stakeholders on remediation plans
- Working with Country CISO for regulatory reporting & specific risk action items
- Reviewing, analyzing, and delivering security metrics, dashboards, and KRIs for a holistic view of regional security risk posture
- Participating in Global Governance forums and effectively communicating changes to regional CISOs
- Leading Cyber Training and Awareness programs to enhance cyber hygiene
- Mapping IT/IS controls to regulatory compliance requirements as needed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 10 years of experience in IT/Cyber security risk management
- Solid hands-on experience with IT/Cyber risk and working with global risk metrics owners & business stakeholders
- Understanding of cyber regulatory risks and reporting
- Good analytical skills to articulate and present risks to senior management
- Proficiency with tools like MS Office and PowerBI
- Knowledge of risk frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST
- Ability to collaborate effectively across seniority, cultures, and locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with partners and all levels of management
- Capability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience in financial institutions and flexibility with global time zones
- Certification in CRISC, CISA, CISM, and/or CISSP would be advantageous
